Owners of motorcycles and scooters would be well advised to chain them to a streetlight pole or any strong structure to prevent theft of their scooters or bikes. It seems we are having a bit of a crime wave at the moment, so please be vigilant and take extra precautions to protect yourselves and your property. Brian Gray.
