I also don't think that any criminals are accessing this forum to gain any kind of information, for the following reasons:
I believe that a lot of the incidents here are opportunity based crimes, The suburb does not have the kind of affluent residents that would suggest that some kind of intensive planning of burglaries / hijackings is being conducted by criminals, If research was to be conducted on residents for criminal purposes, this forum would hardly provide any kind of real useful information? If you have a look at the type of person that gets arrested for crimes in this area, none of them appear to be the internet savy, researching type (see pictures that have been posted here). But I can understand that Bev might have some reservations. I would suggest to simply not post private information about yourself. Facebook would be much more dangerous, it's absolutely frightening to see the amount of detail gets posted there!
