Tired of complaining about crime? Be pro-active
Please be informed that Richard Masina was arrested in September/
October last year for allegedly stealing large plant containers and a
dog kennel from a garden in Clifton Terrace. He was warned by the
magistrate to appear in Cape Town Magistrates' court on 20/03/2009 for
trial. He did not attend on that day and a warrant of arrest was
authorised for his immediate arrest.
Woodstock SAPS confirmed this morning that he is still at large and
that the warrant must still be executed.
If you are truly serious about fighting crime through proper legal
process, please assist Woodstock SAPS in finding Richard so that he
can stand his trial and be proven innocent or guilty in a court of
law!
Should you see Richard around Observatory call Woodstock SAPS (021-442
3100) tell them of his whereabouts and that he is wanted (warrant
authorised) in connection with Woodstock cas 70/09/08 (investigating
officer Cst Edson, tel 021- 4862861).
Your assistance and respect for the rule of law is appreciated.
