Again last night the street lights in the block from Scott Street to Salt River Fire Station House, and between Lower Main Road and the Top main Road were out. When I came out this morning they were again still out. I once again called the Street Lights number. I was told that if I had a reference number this would take between seven and fourteen working days before the lights can be fixed. I was then given another Reference number which started with 100 the rest I am not sure as this number I left at home. With the street lights out it is now a haven for the criminals that wander around Observatory. Is there anything you can do to accelerate this problem to get the street lights operational again. The street lights have now been fixed, yet I note that they are on at night and some where between 03H00 and 04H00 they are switched off leaving the streets in darkness yet again. I have reported this to the City Council, the reference number given to me was 1023317, should they not be working again tonight please follow up and use the same reference number.
