Hi Jason, The house is 58 Oxford Road, on the corner of Oxford & Bowden Road. This is the second time in our time in Obs that someone has climbed over the wall of 58 Oxford Rd and climbed up to the balcony. The first time the perp actually climbed over to our balcony, 56 Oxford Rd. I've told Ashley that we're installing spikes next week on our balcony edge and vertical on the dividing wall between our properties.
