Constable Ndikolo and Mpokeli just drove off with on less criminal for our neighbourhood. Our neighbour had a box of wine taken out of her car while unpacking her groceries,and my wife Gill saw the suspect and phoned the sector patrol. They arrived just in time to make an arrest. The guy they caught was a very tall, dark skinned african with quite a bit of acne scars on his face. And he wont be around for a least this weekend!
