This is one AMAZING story.
All involved in the arrests are heroes here.
Tho' I would like to shine a light on TOBIN for his very rewarding
quick thinking.

To all those involved in the arrests - especially Officer Saliem
Meyer........we are truly grateful to you.

Take a feather out of Tobin's cap ONW members......we need more such
success stories !
