Caught the horse cart boys stealing metal bench supports and struts from Obs preparatory school last week. They were lifting the items over the fence and he made them carry it all back to their original location. Stephen has lived in Obs all his life (and has turned to drink). He predicts that the horse cart will be back and will steal the benches. If you see the horse cart call the SAPS Response vehicle of Inspector Nel.
