Just a follow up from my previous mail, please see the following information: I have spoken to our independent dealer department and they have confirmed that various households in the Observatory area were contacted to conduct a survey. We are not allowed to divulge any information of current data base to the independent dealers. They obtain this information either through Telkom or the internet. These independent dealer programs conduct tele marketing and target various areas throughout the Western Cape. Should you wish to lay a complaint regarding this tele marketing please send it through to me in writing including your contact name and telephone number and I will forward it onto the relevant department to address.
