Insp. Piedt has just informed me that the Arm Chair Theatre is to be turned into a backpackers, and they will be applying for a Liqour Linence for the tennants and their visitors. They will not be having any loud music. The new owners will be making an appointment to see the Liqour Sub committee soon. Will keep you updated.
