I hear that Groove Lounge and Obz Zone had their music closed down last night by the City Noise Department: I understand that: * They were handed hefty fines * They are going to have to install satisfactory soundproofing. * Their sanitation has to be put right by the 9th or they are out. * There will be regular late night patrols by the City Noise Authorities.
