He was in Obs yesterday for quite a few hours. I was walking to the  
holistic fair yesterday (12h30) and I noticed him right away as being  
suspicious. As I walked past him he started banging the phone against  
the booth across from Spar. Then later that night (20h00) I saw him  
walking down Fairfield Rd towards the train station. He looked up to  
no good.
