Question to police here:

How is that possible that you have a suspect with a warrant our for
her sitting blatantly in a public place and you cannot arrest her?

Are warrants not connected to ID numbers?
Is there no computer system?
Why is Tableview not able to give details, when they are required to,
even at night, obviously? (Again, must be computerised?)
What if it had been a serial killer from Joburg? Would you just leave
him there because you couldn't "access" the case number or arrest
warrant details?

Can't be. Something's wrong with the story.
