Subject: [obsnw] Re: Mugging in Robins Road?

Hi

You've got the story mostly right.

I was on patrol and walking up Scot when I heard her scream, ran up
and across to Robins and was informed that two guys had tried to mug a
girl. I got on the radio and ADT and SAPs started looking for the
guys. They found a guy hiding under a car in Dove and took him back to
the Robins where the girl ID'd him as one of her assailants. We
patrolled for another hour hoping that the second guy would pop out
from wherever he was hiding but he must have got away. The girl had
said that he was wearing a black beanie with a white stripe. On
subsequent searches we found the beanie under the car in Dove where he
had been hiding.

Luckily the girl only suffered some small knicks.

Get a radio, get on the street. You'll help catch criminals.
