Helen, How come these so-called car guards are still around? They are not linked to any organisation are they? They are a nuisance, stand in the parking spot you're trying to get into, harrass drivers, and now blatant thieves. In other parts of Cape Town such people have been almost totally eliminated - why not in Obs? I'm not criticising what you guys all do, by the way, because I'm sure you've tried your best, I'm just asking and needing clarification.
