Just an addendum to this incident : water pipes were stolen from a house in 
Robins Road at more or less the same time. They got access by placing something 
heavy on top of the razor wire on top of the gate blocking off the alley. We 
suspect the wheelie bins left out because of the municipal strike probably 
assisted in this operation.
