If you know what that stuff is and where to get it we can get after the
contractors to do it - sounds like a good idea.

I think the land falls under Sports and Rec which is why it is so badly
maintained. The developers of this project I believe have a year long
obligation to make sue it is all ok (ie the lawns and trees getting watered)
but after that who knows - any help I am sure will be appreciated.
