She was walking on Florence Street at about 5pm on her way to pick up Thami from school. Florence street is the one that runs parallel to the railway on the mountain side of the railway. 4 men in a white car tried to pull her into the car. The guys are evidently quite young and a mixture of coloured and black. Luckily Josie pulled on a gate and screamed and eventually another 2 people walking down the street realized she was in trouble. The car sped off, taking nothing - but leaving a very shaken Josie! I have made a report to Obs Armed Response today and they have in turn advised the police. Evidently this vehicle with these 4 guys has been causing a lot of havoc in the area recently and the cops are trying to catch them! Josie is not sure of the make of the vehicle, but it has no license plate on the rear of the car. Please pass on to any other Obs residents so that they are aware of this vehicle too!
