Woke at 5:40am this morning to a car reversing slowly in our street (Cook) to turn into Grove. He crawled along all the cars in Grove and pulled onto the curb. Coloured male got out and went up to each car and checked the doors and face up to the windows. Got back into his car and slowly drove off. My husband got into his car and followed. He did the same in Gordon Road. Lost him when he got caught in a one way. I called Woodstock SAPS via radio. No response. Sector 1 did not answer cellphone. Phoned Sector 3 number with officer answering at the station. Told me to phone back in 6:05 as they are going through a shift change. I reported the number plate. Is there anyway to find out if something comes of this? Can we trace the number plate? Dead window period around shift change. Unfortunately. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~
