Yes David - please bring up the railway line fencing (again), it's in a shocking state of disrepair and even the better sections have proven to be no deterrent, people vault it daily.
Promises of proper high fencing and improved security have never materialised. The railway line is without doubt the favoured route for criminals that target Lower Obz, the frequency of attacks of late has promoted a siege mentality among the residents of a once peaceful neighbourhood.
