Hi Natalie Rob has posted to this forum previously regarding OAR. They are NOT registered with PSIRA and in fact have a criminal case pending against them instituted by PSIRA for operating an Armed Response Company without the necessary, legally required, registration (Rob gave the case number in a previous mail).
This may explain their lack of enthusiasm in getting a response to you.
