Are you able to describe him Peter ? In early Summer 2008 there was a *very dark* black guy who spoke English with a foreign accent. (Perhaps Congolese....? ) He was stocky, about 5.3M tall and he had a large, broad nose. He usually wore a black track suit top with two white stripes down each arm and he carried a rucksack. He wore a beanie. He was then working in the red zone (mostly laptop theft thru open windows I think) and was seen twice in Wesley Street and once in Irwell. The first time he was spotted he had just scaled a 2M high palisade fence in Wesley. He's extremely agile, quiet and fast - very good at what he does. He hasn't been seen (yet) this season.....
