Trevor, may I suggest you attempt to use the instructions to remove oneself from the list and then give us a lesson to do so. I run a business where I employ numerous people. I have made it to just about forty years of age without electrocuting, hanging or drowning myself. I don't think I am completely stupid. I do, however, accept that I might be mistaken with this assumption.
Believe me, if I could take myself off this list, I fucking would. So instead of your conceited parroting "INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE INCLUDED IN EVERY EMAIL", rather try it for yourself, then re-subscribe and teach us less clever than yourself how to successfully unsubscribe.
