This morning at approx 8:15am my partner reported a taxi parked at the Lower Wrensch entrance of the Wrensch subway to Vetus Schola. The door of the taxi was wide open and two suspicious characters were lurking about, blocking the street and overtly casing the area. She had trouble getting around them and was too scared to stop and look at the number plates of the taxi.
Vetus Schola were quick to respond, but wasted very valuable time because they did not know the street names or the location. This also happened when we reported the theft of bricks in Liesbeek Parkway last month. I do not wish to criticise VS in any way - they are doing a fantastic job - but I think it would be prudent to issue all of their operatives with local street maps or have an orientation course on the layout of Obz. This would benefit all and they could do an even better job.
