I have spotted Glenn Kennedy a locksmith who worked for Cape Locksmiths
and is an excon, in the Rochester rd and Salt river area, during the
last six weeks.Glenn can open any lock. Several years ago when he was
arrested for trespassing in Darien lane i took and posted a photograph
of him on the ONW site. I have subsequently had a hard drive crash and
have lost it. If anybody has saved the jpeg please distribute it on the
site. Whilst i am not suggesting that he is the perp in this case,
whenever locks and car bonnets are mysteriously opened and he is in the
area, he must be a suspect,

This is bad news. Vetus Schola do receive these emails so hopefully
they will step up their efforts in the area. Please encourage your
neighbours to report the incidents. The more crime we report in Obs
the more staff SAPS will place at Woodstock.

FYI - at least two of my neighbours had their cars broken into last
night. It seemed like their locks were jimmied, since I didn't see
any broken glass, and at least one of them could no longer open their
car door with his key.
Robins Road, on the block adjoining Rochester.
I don't think they have reported this to the police.
