I see that people have started fixing cars in that building that was being fixed (which then halted, I think as they didn't have permission?). This is the place just next to the car accessories/ spares shop on the corner of Main & Trill.
I thought that they had previously been stopped from fixing cars there are one can't just do it anywhere (eg oil has to be disposed of properly).
