Due to underfunding of the scheme we had to pull the plug on the this scheme.
The lesson is if less than 50% of the community is actively and/or financially involved, criminals will rule what happens to them. Notice was given to all subscribers in December and the last patrol sadly finished 31 Jan 2010 For some 2.5 years we honestly believe that crime was reduced significantly in our patrol area due to active community involvement, lets hope that we (the community or visa verso - Obsid) will not disappoint Obs.
