Many issues have been raised about OAR's allegedly shady practices on this
group. There are the issues of their debit orders running after contracts
have been expired; their lack of registration with PSIRA; even allegations
of intimidation by ex-clients who have taken these issues further.

Individuals have tried to seek justice but it has been to no avail so far.
As an organisation the CID is deeply concerned about these issues
particularly as they affect a core function of the CID - which is to
increase security and safety in Obs.

We have raised our concerns about OAR to Woodstock SAPS. Supt van der Riel
has assured us of his personal attention to this case if we can help to
provide enough information for SAPS to work with.

We propose the following course of action:

1. If you have been affected by OAR's activities, and want to provide more
information for SAPS to work with, please email me directly at
[email protected].

2. Once I have enough people willing to get involved, I will co-ordinate a
meeting between the affected people and a representative of Woodstock SAPS,
and we will work with SAPS to ensure justice is done.

Looking forward to your mails!

Regards
