Bev, Around 03:15 03:30 I reported two black chaps to Charlie Delta 19
They were walking down Station Road forcefully kicking (type of karate kicks with their feet) the waste bucket chained to the lamp pole at the Obsid Offices. CD19 followed them down Wesley Street maybe 5 or 10 seconds after they rounded the corner. Never got a feed-back and went to bad shortly after that. It was only one of noumerous smaller incidents in a few hours time and the bucket survived - they are amazingly tough more than the Fiat Sports car.
