Black & orange rucksack stolen out of car in Wesley (very near Scott Rd). Apparently 3 coloured guys (one wearing a blue hoodie) who moved off in direction of Salt River.
Looks as though thugs are resorting to car (and other?) break-ins at a time when Vetus Schola, SAPS and residents aren't anticipating them - i.e. relatively early evening as well as in broad daylight. Time for patrollers and concerned residents (?) to get out there again..... ?
