Great post David! ;-) I'd like to appeal to the handful of Obz Residents that are not supporting NGO's, (Churchs and Organisations that take a Global stance on homeless) though with all good intention these residents are "killing the homeless with kindness" by keeping them on Obz streets; fueling their dependancy and promoting the filth and faeces that is detrimental to the community we live in.
