Hi Rich, Did you read the message headed "Parking assistant" operating in Station Rd, opposite Kwikspar.......and other "stuff" from a couple of days back.
This guy has been seen by visitors staying in Milner not very far from your place. He is also a "parking assistant" who works outside the Kwikspar in Station Rd. Might very well be the same fella if sundry folk are saying they see him fairly often in your area (?)
