I feel the victims of such a crime are the stupid ones for leaving things
clearly visible in their cars.

This is the second Irwell Street break-in in as many weeks.
That it should happen early afternoon (1.15 pm) on a Saturday when
many folk are home is concerning.
The owner of the car says she came out within about 5 seconds of
hearing the car alarm sound, by which time the perpetrator was nowhere
to be seen.
Her gym bag containing R200 (among other stuff) had been stolen.
This fella is fast !!
Guess the thieves are now working on the premise that they won't be
expected to try their luck in broad daylight over a weekend.
Good thinking really.
Whoever said criminals were stupid ?
