Followup The police responded in an hour - I suppose given FIFA/World Cup Crap thats acceptable for a non-emergency call.
Consables Zwedala and Damon were courteous and efficient taking about 30 minutes to take my statement - but what a lot of paper work! Much better that a trip to the CSC where I have never received great service. Now I should get the case number by SMS - this is a function of the efficiency of the Woodstock Police Station - they have to have someone enter the dockets into the system whcih then sends the sms. I received my Case number from Rondebosch with in 12 hours the last complaint I laid - I will use that as a benchmark. Well walking to work I go.............
