EVER SINCE SRANDARD BANK MOVED AND SPAR MOVED INTO THAT BUILDING. WE HAVE REQUESTED STANDARD BANK TO PLACE SOME SORT OF SECURITY THERE TO NO AVAIL. AT THE TIME OBSWATCH OFFERED TO DO SO FOR A FEE THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED.
