Been her too.Oxford road.Said she lived 'on the corner' Since i know
all the neighbours I requested she 'leave as soon as possible.' Didn't

Yes - she has been coming to our door (Scott Road) as well - she must
have been to our door about 5 times, saying that she lives just down the
street. She also always asks for sugar for her coffee and bread as well.
She has never asked for money but she has been quite evasive when I have
asked her the address of her house. She definitely looks like she is on
tik - she has the marks on her skin & her teeth are rotting.

Subject: [obsnw] Braided woman asking for "sugar"
There is a foreign, braided black women that has been asking people
for "sugar for my tea" in Bedford street. She claims to live in the
"house on the corner" and has "run out of sugar for tea". This is an
age-old buy-in to get a donation from people, which leads to more
pestering and cash hand-outs. She's knocked on our door twice now and
every time I tell her off. Has anybody else seen her? She comes across
relatively well-spoken but her rotten teeth are a bit of a drug-
related give-away.
