The flying squad spotted the vehicle and gave chase and they then joined the chase and caught up with vehicle in Bonteheuwel. The driver jumped out of the vehicle and our 2 constables then caught the suspect. The complainant came to open a case and the suspect was charged with robbery, reckless and negligent driving, assault and possession of stolen property. The suspect was arrested by Cst Van Der Riel.
