Can anyone please tell me the legalities of builders working over weekends? I have had them next door for months now, including every Sat and Sun. To-night at 6pm I finally stood on a chair and asked someone how much longer the noise would continue. She replied "What noise?" - the drilling, chipping of plaster/bricks, etc.etc. But, she says, your dogs bark............ I FULLY realise people have to repair/improve ther houses but is there no control over the noise? Of course my dogs park because they have opened the communal servitude. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
