At around 5 pm y/day, a chap who had stopped a young student (...cnr Nuttal & Station) ostensibly to ask her directions to somewhere in Obs, then pursued her *at a distance* as she headed along Blake / Drake St (?) below the Village Green. He then rode past her trying to grab the bag she was carrying which she held onto for dear life. He failed to make off with her bag.
The student said that the perpetrator was white with dark hair and I bit of beard shadow, and was riding a RED scooter which she "thinks" might have been a Vespa.
