Rosemary I don't think you should apologise - you certainly galvanized a lot of us to re-look our current costs! On a related but slightly different topic : your comments got me to approach Outsurance to tell them I was going to cancel my insurance as it was too expensive (I had gotten a cheaper quote elsewhere). On the basis of just that one phone call they were prepared to reduce my monthly fee by 56% - with no loss in benefits.
So it's worth your while to push back to the big corporates sometimes....
