I saw him this evening 17:40 he was fiddling at the passenger door of a white opel corsa parked on the corner of Eden and Bowden Roads When I came around the corner he quickly moved away and put a screw driver in his front pocket. He then walked down Eden Road. He was wearing black and white tracksuit pants and a hoody. I tried calling VS but it went to voicemail...
