It will have repercussions for the rest of the States and then the world as clearly the US heavily influences World Drug Policy. I look forward to the day when I can be legally smoking a big fat Bob Marley sized reefer in the comfort of my own home or properly designated area (just like with alcohol) without fear of persecution.
