Coloured chap re-tracing his steps after a suspicious interaction. The suspect had repeatedly used his cell fone as he walked up Scott whilst looking behind him fairly often as though something were bothering him (....he looked nervous). When he was almost at the top of Scott Rd an African guy emerged from the vicinity of Jay-tech Systems (cnr Scott & Main) and crossed the road towards the young Coloured chap. There was a swift interaction/exchange(?) between them where one appeared to be taking something from the other. When VS arrived and searched him (...at which point he was headed in the direction of Salt River), they found some drug or other (...not sure what) on his person, whereupon he was taken to the Woodstock Police Station. Quick and efficient work Vetus Schola. Thank you. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Observatory Neighbourhood watch" group.
