I have been informed that VS etc will no longer receive a hamper at their braai but a PnP voucher instead - great idea, each person has their own tastes. However, I have also been told that no alcohol may be bought with the vouchers. I believe when a gift is given there should be no conditions/restrictions attached, otherwise it is not really a "gift". (Prohibition in Obs?- OMG) Are the recipients involved not also allowed to celebrate with their favourite tipple?
