Between 2.15-2.30 a phone call was made to the mountainside VS vehicle (from 021 447 9017) requesting a person be removed from the Arnold Street Dog Park. There was no response whatsoever. Approx 10mins later another call was made and the vehicle then arrived promptly. I watched the proceedings carefully. The VS guy remained courteous to the vagrant, and when VS asked to check the contents of the vagrants black bag, he again did so very politely. I was impressed. What a pity the second phone call was required.
