At approx 15:20 today I see a tallish, well-built coloured chap, dressed in a black vest and black jeans (....late 40s perhaps ?) walking along Arnold (from Station Rd towards Milton) *sniffing something* from the palm of his hand. He then took a "pinch" of the stuff and put it to his nostril and sniffed hard.
I call VS and ask them to check this chap out. I mention what the chap has been doing (i.e. sniffing white powdery stuff up his nose). Cocain ? When approached by the VS patroller, the guy tells him that he has been eating lunch with his friends and he was just finishing off the remains of the salt from lunch. Yeah right !!! SALT UP HIS NOSE ! For lunch !!!
