In Feb I faxed VS accounts department a copy of the receipt of the R50 I paid Helen and also a copy of my ONW membership card and requested a reduction of the monthly fee. In March I phoned and spoke to a gentleman (I have his name at work) and he assured me all was in order. I have been charged the full R275 for April...........
