Sorry if I am "clogging" in-boxes.  I investigated speed bumps/humps for
Arnold St some years ago - we do not qualify - (no school, no old age home,
etc) Can only be done if the residents pay themselves - at that stage the
cost was approx R10 000 per bump/hump.  4 way stop would not help @
Bishop/Arnold as the distance is too great between Scott and Bishop. I live
between the 2 and see the speeding daily. I am happy to pay R1000 - any
other offers?
