I know its not really the point here...
I think fining the clubs, that's all perfectly in order. 
Just the prostitutes -  wouldn't it be nice if they offered them help and
get them off the streets.
Fine the pimps and strip club owners, not the abused, poor woman who lives
in a society were she sees no option but to sell her body.

That is not the point Mel. If she can't pay the fine she can do the time.

The point is why is she being arrested for prostitution in the first place.
Prostitution should be a legal everyday activity. Just like taking drugs
should be. 

Then the police will be able to use that precious time and resources to
arrest real criminals..
