Hello, Im new to Obs and recently joined this group. Myself and the other 3 guys I live with are very happy to see the pro-active stance towards community building, crime prevention/awareness and open discussion.
2 questions I have - Nicci mentioned she called VS when she heard a disturbance outside her home. What/who is VS and what is their contact number. Also, I see there has been talk of meetings. Are we allowed to take part? When and where do they happen?
